Five burial urns and the remains of eight individuals were found in a pit in the centre of a round barrow dating to the middle Bronze Age. In addition, three small pits in another part of the access route to the wind farm produced lithic artefacts and five different pottery vessels from the late Neolithic, indicating earlier use of the landscape.
